ParkMade LLC, doing business as Mellobun Bakery, is a limited liability company (LLC) registered in the state of California. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, we may refer to ParkMade LLC as “mellobun bakery,” “we,” “our,” or “us”. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by ParkMade, LLC, operating under the DBA Mellobun Bakery (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Mellobun Bakery is a cottage bakery based in [Elk Grove, California]. All baked goods are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of Health.
Our products are available for online order and in-person pickup only. We do not currently offer nationwide shipping.

Ordering
- Orders must be placed through www.mellobunbakery.com.
- Please ensure all order details (pickup date, time, and location) are correct before submitting.
- Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with pickup details.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason (e.g., out of stock, scheduling conflicts, or suspected fraudulent activity).

Payment

- Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

Pickup Policy

- Because all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once production has started.
- If there is an issue with your order (missing or incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can make it right.

- All baked goods are made in a kitchen that may process wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, soy, and other allergens.
- Ingredient details are available upon request.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and managing personal food allergies.

- Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice.
- Seasonal or limited-edition flavors may rotate.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items at any time.
