Mellobun Bakery was born from our founders deep passion for displaying her love to her community through baking. She came up with the name “mellobun” by combining her usual emotion – feeling mellow – with her love for baking and eating buns! 🥖

We are passionate about blending the art of traditional sourdough with creative, Asian-inspired flavors. At our bakery, you’ll find a range of handcrafted treats—from the pillowy goodness of shokupan and cinnamon rolls to rustic sourdough loaves. We also love reinventing classic Asian desserts like Castella cake, Madelines, macarons, and cookies with a unique Asian twist.
