ParkMade LLC, doing business as Mellobun Bakery, is a limited liability company (LLC) registered in the state of California. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, we may refer to ParkMade LLC as “mellobun bakery,” “we,” “our,” or “us”. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by ParkMade, LLC, operating under the DBA Mellobun Bakery.

1. Ordering & Payment
• Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
• Full payment is due at Time of ordering unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card via woocommerce website www.mellobunbakery.com
• All pre-orders for events require full payment at the time of ordering. Orders must be picked up during the designated event hours only. We are unable to accommodate early or late pickups. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms.
• Sales tax may be applied if required by law.
At Mellobun Bakery, every pastry and loaf is handcrafted in small batches with care. Because our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are final once picked up.
Payments are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for food items. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of pick-up at [your email address], and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Please note that orders not picked up by 5:30 PM on the scheduled date are considered forfeited and are non-refundable, as our baked goods are made fresh and cannot be resold.

2. Cancellations & Refunds for All Orders
At Mellobun Bakery, each sourdough loaf is handcrafted with care over multiple days. Due to the time-intensive fermentation and preparation process, we have the following policy for order changes and cancellations:
• Cancellations: Orders cancelled 3 days (72 hours) or less before the scheduled pickup date will not be refunded as the dough is already in process.
• Changes: Once an order is placed, no changes can be made within 3 days of pickup. This includes modifications to flavor, size, or pickup time.
• Early Cancellations: If you need to cancel more than 3 days before your scheduled pickup, you may receive a full refund or credit towards a future order.
• Refunds will not be issued for orders that are not picked up on the scheduled date.

3. Pickup & Delivery
• Pickup is available in Elk Grove, CA or at our pop-up events.
• If you are running late for pickup, please notify us. Orders left unclaimed for more than 4 hours may be discarded without refund.

4. Product & Ingredient Information
• All items are made in a home kitchen and are not subject to commercial food safety inspections.
• We do our best to accommodate dietary requests, but our kitchen is not allergen-free (we use eggs, dairy, wheat, nuts, etc.).
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions or issues related to ingredient sensitivities.

5. Custom Orders & Design Variations
• While we strive to meet custom requests, decorating and baking styles may result in slight variations from reference images.
• Customization requests must be finalized at the time of ordering.

• Once the order has been picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs due to mishandling, improper storage, or transportation.
• Baked goods should be stored properly to maintain freshness. We provide storage recommendations upon request.
